2. This promotion is applicable to:
i) investment notes that begin crowdfunding before the Promotion Period, but only successfully crowdfunded during or after the Promotion Period, would still be eligible for the promotion.
ii) investment notes that begin crowdfunding during the Promotion Period, but only successfully crowdfunded after the Promotion Period, would still be eligible for the promotion.
3. This promotion is only applicable to Business Term Financing, Notified Invoice Financing, Non-notified invoice Financing and Purchase Order Financing only.
4. This promotion does not apply to Dealer Financing.
5. The discount will be applied to the service fees charged on repayments throughout the investment notes tenure.
6. Funding Societies reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time as it deems fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, Funding Societies shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, Funding Societies shall take into account the interests of all the affected Investors.
